Hi, I have permission to reuse material from the Coastal Observatory's website, but I'm unsure how to indicate this.

All I really wanted was a page about CoastObs, so we could include a georeference, so we could be flagged on Google Earth, when they update the wikipedia layer.

Wikipedia has a very strong policy regarding Copyright. There are two ways you can go about this. One is to send an email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org from an address associated with the company's website to confirm that you are authorized to copy text from that website. You'd need to leave the page blank(less the tags) until you do so. Alternately you can re-write the article into your own words. The link above has links that should help you with how much reformulation is needed. If you have any questions you are welcome to ask them on my talk page, though I will warn you I'm not an expert on wikipedia's copyright rules/procedures.
