This should not be a different page.
- It lacks encyclopedic coverage
- "Most marine fisheries are based near the coast." (Wikipedia article on Fisheries), so why a different coastal fishery page?
- It's a stub.
- There cannot be any ways of expanding it, as including more information will mean duplicating the content of Fisheries page.
IDK. Better delete it or something...
