Misleading article name

This article has a misleading title. It's proper title should be "Coat of arms of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia" and the current title "Coat of arms of Serbia and Montenegro" should be a redirect. As is explained in the article itself, the Constitutional Charter which transformed the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia into the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro stipulated that a law specifying the State Union's coat of arms should be adopted within a year of the adoption of the Charter. This was never done; and legally speaking, the State Union never had a coat of arms. Institutions of the State Union (as well as sports teams representing the country, etc.) continued to use the old Yugoslav coat of arms by inertia. The same goes for the flag and anthem (where, unlike with the coat of arms, there were proposals, but were never adopted).Andrijapfc (talk) 18:45, 29 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
