[edit]The opening paragraph needs some work, there is only one sentence.
The page feels a little over saturated with all of the bullet points.
Needs more organization and structure with the setup of the page.
Sources are good, one needs a little work.
Article is well balanced and has reputable sources.
Overall I would say to just work on organization and explain more on the bullet points, but also clean the page up a little.

[edit]The definition could use a bit more elaboration. The "History of the Term" could maybe just be "historical background" or just "history". Also, the ending of that topic is sort of awkward, maybe elaborate before or after the quote. Like Jared said elaboration on the bullet points. The topics are very explaining, but maybe some sub-topics? Over all the article looks good. After some clean up of the article itself it will great.

[edit]I would elaborate about each section a little more, especially the first section. I would also restructure the Characteristics of collaborative leaders section. In my opinion it looks to much like a list. Other then these two issus the overall article is nicely done. — Preceding unsigned comment added by SpencerCard (talk • contribs) 19:03, 30 April 2017 (UTC)
