"Self-worth" (& other cleanup)

   I found

An inflated conception of self-worth

as the first (and thus presumably allegedly most often intended) sense after the primary topic. That link is of relatively little value, especially since it both is preceded by the wikt lk, and concerns a sense of "conceit" which we have apparently not deemed worthy of its own topic, nor (one should presume) of either a subsection or anchor in the s-w article -- and BTW, perhaps not even of explicit mention nor even mention of a synonym. I am thus demoting that entry.
   (I also cleaned up details that were worth fixing but probably too numerous and small to mention more explicitly.)
