The 1970 Schott edition of "Continuum" indicates that the work is dedicated to Antoinette M. Vischer, not Elisabeth Chojnacka. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.159.98.180 (talk) 10:57, 12 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I also believe it was dedicated to Vischer and not Chojnacka but cannot find a source --Chriswales19 (talk) 03:41, 25 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
