Delete or include content
[edit]This should be brought up for deletion again or include significant details on the diet. This reads like an ad that wants you to 'click for more'.

- Well, no. This article is pretty much nothing but a plug for a particular diet, and at least 95% a paean to the apparent genius of Sanford "The Cookie Doctor" Siegal (not to be confused with Sanford Segal). Adding in three other diet names and giving the article a "generic" title is at best weaselly. Siegal is not WP notable, and neither is the SfL diet. I'd say to end it.
