  • The background of the enzyme, which is lysine degradation, should be covered to have a more general introduction of the role of the enzyme
  • More emphasis should be laid on the mechanism of the catalysis, which is considered to include a radical intermediate
  • There are also some recent research on the mutation of the enzyme, which may be another part to discuss
