List of Deputies of the Soviet Union → List of deputies to the head of the government of the Soviet Union or List of deputies to the premier of the Soviet Union —. I know; it is way too long. But there are two issues. One is of English language: the term is not used. Second, of Soviet language: the word "deputy" typically means People's Deputy in SovSpeak. --Lovok Sovok (talk) 23:08, 25 March 2011 (UTC)
