The website "swimming-pool-information" is MY website that I built myself to give homeowners free information on swimming pools and spas and there is absolutely NO copyright infringement of any kind..all photos and information from website may be used

Status and Advice

There is a formal way of requesting permission, see WP:Copyright problems, but even if the permission is granted, the material is totally unencyclopedic, and , as reviewing administrator, I do not think there is any real chance of turning it into a satisfactory article. If it were for the products of a single manufacturer or distributor, I would simply have deleted it as promotional--but since it is not, I rescued it as much as possible by merging the basic material into the main article; I do not think the specific descriptions and pictures of some of the commercially available products belongs here--the outside website is the place for it. I added that link to the main article. You certainly have the right to contest the merge, but if you do , I shall bring the article to our AfD process for a community decision.
