Humans or not?

This sentence "Dietary conservatism has never been demonstrated in humans, although the genetically influenced behaviour of “fussy eating” in children[15][16] resembles the behaviour seen in non-human animals." is problematic. "...has never been demonstrated in humans..." appears to call for a reference. Perhaps expert authors on animal behavior are familiar enough with the literature to have mentioned the absence of human examples. The part "fussy eating" should not be a Wikilink, as the link is to an article that has nothing to do with the popular concept of fussy eating. David notMD (talk) 03:01, 2 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
