Contested deletion
[edit]This article should not be speedy deleted as being about a subject that was invented/coined/discovered by the article's creator or someone they know personally and for lack of asserted importance, because... (I didn't coin the term, and cite two prior uses, 2006 and 2007, again that I had no knowledge of prior to deciding to create this topic. Domain trolling died down for a few years around that time but is back with a vengeance due to the new bulk registration services. It is once again nearly impossible for anyone to register a domain name now because they're all occupied by these squatters. The "Domain Parking" topic looks like it was written by someone in that business as an attempt to deflect criticism from the practice. It needs to be updated too. If there are factual disputes with the content, please email me directly at scott@metacard.com and I will provide clarification or additional references. I'm not familiar with wikipedia's formatting or categorization system and would appreciate anyone's help in getting those fixed.) --Metamerman (talk) 19:50, 14 May 2014 (UTC)
