First Thoughts

[edit]

So far, I haven't found anything wrong on this article to possibly instantly deny it good article status, which is "Good" (Excuse the pun).

Copyvio Results

[edit]

Well, Copyvio is 88.4% sure there is a violation. However, it could be some weird coincidence, and I believe that the Youtube vid may have copied some info from Wikipedia and used it in the YT Description. Sooo, since I'm new to this, I'm going to want a second opinion on this one.

@FiveCraft: The article does not have the concerned copyvio violation .The Youtube channel cut and pasted Wikipedia content.FORCE RADICAL (talk) 04:59, 18 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Second opinion

[edit]

The only problem with this article is those YouTube videos. I've checked them and they don't seem to playing. They appear to have been either deleted or restricted. You will need to find another source for this. ISD (talk) 07:56, 1 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@DBZFan30: Procedural note. The reviewer of this article has not edited for nearly two months. You may withdraw the nomination or ask someone to do a procedural quick close, and then you can re-nominate it when you are able to fix the links mentioned by ISD above. @FiveCraft: There has been no response for 2 months from the nominator and this assessment may be subject to a quick close by any editor without further notification. JohnWickTwo (talk) 01:41, 29 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

JohnWickTwo Thanks for letting me know, I was under the impression I was done with the review, I may need to check the procedures again, it's been a while. FiveCraft (talk) 17:28, 1 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@FiveCraft: Normally when you close such an assessment, then a template needs to be put on top of the talk page of that article. I took care of it for this article so its now done. In future, you can find that close template on the GA instructions page for your use. There are currently two other Wikiproject:Japan articles up for review now which you might be interested in leaving some comments on or starting a discussion, the first is for anime at Wikipedia:Featured article candidates/Naruto/archive3 and the other is for the samurai war film which I nominated at the talk page for Ran (film), in case either one is of interest.
