there seems to be a lot of overlap in these articles, and I think a single article describing the different uses of these similar terms would be best. Minnaert01:39, 15 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Agreed. I believe that whilst both articles are currently true, there needs to be a more generic explanation - perhaps with a couple of examples eg Healthcare, Government. Ebooking is a very wide ranging subject covering a multitude of products and services that can be booked electronically, across a wide range of business sectors.
