This page seems a bit out-dated and incomplete, as there is now also a concept called "iRecruitment" which needs clarification. Under "Some Facts about E-Recruitment" it says "By 2005, expenditure... will be..." indicating this paragraph was untouched (and apparently ignored this past July by the last modifier) since BEFORE 2005, almost ten years ago.--Steph6n (talk) 17:32, 4 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Your thesis is flawed. This article was only created in 2008 and ref to 2005 is because it is citing specific research. It could be said that most articles are incomplete so if you would like to be constructive your best approach woould be to attempt to add properly cited material to the article which improves it. iRecruitment is just another only partly-related technology, which may (or may not) at this stage warrent creating a separate article which you could always commit to attempt to start, good luck.Tmol42 (talk) 20:10, 4 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
