Merged this from ESP Horizon-NT II

I merged ESP Horizon-NT II into this entry. I don't really think it makes much sense to have both of them, and there was barely any information on that page anyway. Considering what's been said in Talk:ESP Guitars#Removing_huge_list about these little stubs, I doubt we really needed the other article. I kept the info box from that entry, although it's pretty redundant for the most part.
