Until someone can find some sources for this biography, I suggest it be redirected to Ron and Fez. A scan of the Google hits isn't helping me right now as most of it relates to Earl of Douglas and a 1940s actor. In addition, I feel that he's only going to be the subject of negative commentary and vandalism on Wikipedia as the producer of a radio show. People in this position are the ones who get ragged on on the air and a lot of that will get back onto this article causing WP:BLP concerns.
