Article title[edit]

The current title, Earliest Reported Postmark, does not follow the WP:TITLE and WP:CAPS guidelines. If we do not capitalize First day of issue, there is no need to capitalize this term, too. Also, I have a doubt that the term should be used as is for the article title, without mentioning that it was invented by the United Postal Stationery Society and for the United States postal stationery only. The narrow use of the term suggests a title like US earliest reported postmark. I would like to hear other opinions and suggestions. --Michael Romanov (talk) 08:59, 26 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
