Problems with recent additions

The North American Phonograph Company is a distinct and separate entity from Edison Records. Even is it were possible to claim the assets of a company defunct in 1894, it can not be tied to the subject of this article.
Records made by North American are not called Edison records, so WP:COMMONNAME is not applicable.
Shaun Borri has nothing to do with an operation that ceased making commercial phonograph records in 1929.
Most of this is original research, without any supporting citations to reliable sources.
Edison record masters are stored at the Recorded Sound Archive run by the Edison Historic Site of the National Park Service. No private entity "owns" these Edison records. Most are in public domain as having been issued prior to 1924.
Many, many companies have re-issued material originally recorded by Edison. 300 YouTube subscribers is hardly notable.
Most of the Borri activities described have nothing to do with Edison records. If Borri is notable, then a separate article should be created on this individual, but it is irrelevant here.
Shaun Borri's personal website sheds no additional light on the topic of Edison Records.
