Mayors

Below is a list of mayors of Elbasan after 1912. It is removed and I support its removal, but because someone worked hard to prepare it is a pity not to save it here for possible future use. Maybe it can be used within separate article about Mayors of Elbasan, so I just wanted to place it here and to make it easier in case someone decide that it should be done.--Antidiskriminator (talk) 08:51, 5 August 2011 (UTC)

Philotelism: Serbian postage of Elbasan

There are cancels in Serbian and Latin (Albanian?) script used by the Serbian Army Post in early 20th century Elbasan. Some of them are dated "1915". Isn't city of Osijek (Croatia) Elbasan's sister city, and signed Charter in 2015? Source: http://www.osijek.hr/en/content/view/full/3366 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Zelja74 (talkcontribs) 23:17, 6 January 2017 (UTC)
