Removed stuff
Removed stuff about "ecoregional democracy" and "ecoregional constituencies".
Justification: Neither of these phrases can be found by Google, showing that they are idiosyncratic concepts. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and not a vehicle for personal projects.
It appears that the author of this stuff has written their manifesto into Wikipedia in a number of places.

Proper noun?
Since when did "Electoral Reform" become a proper noun? Please see wikipedia:naming conventions - I will be back in a bit to switch the article to proper capitalization. --maveric149, Tuesday, April 2, 2002

A new series of articles
I have created electoral reform in Virginia and believe that we should have similar articles for all U.S. States. However, I wonder whether we should do it that way, or have articles such as Voting laws in Virginia, which would encompass basically the same content. I think a new WikiProject is in order, once we figure that out. Captain Zyrain 01:32, 8 October 2007 (UTC)
Election fraud
The article says, "Electoral reform is a continuing process in the United States motivated by the fear of electoral fraud." Actually, aren't fears of electoral fraud more commonly used as an excuse not to institute electoral reform? 66.170.111.2 17:57, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
