Disadvantages

Me thinks disadvantages should be included to give a better picture.

Australian section

Ive added some information from Australia. the Australian Tax office (www.ato.gov.au) has many good references via a search for 'Fringe Benefits Tax'.

It would be nice to see at some point a table which lists countires, specific benefits typs and their general freinge benefit exemption status.

Ie.

  • Country: US Australia UK etc.
  • Health Care YES NO ...
  • School fees ... ... ...

Political

Shouldn't we talk about something other than employee perks? For example political perks for campaign contributions, etc.? --ʀ6ʍɑʏ89 05:36, 24 February 2006 (UTC)
