Spring cleaning[edit]

I'm new to Wikipedia and am interested in business-related topics. I'm thinking this article needs a good facelift, so it might be a good place for me to start! Possible new headers could be history, development, reasons for use, types, methodology. Any thoughts? Vivid5er (talk) 04:13, 1 May 2015 (UTC) vivid5er

More to come[edit]

Okay, I've added a few of the above sections. In addition to elaborating within the current text, here are some opportunities:

  • Subheadings under "Methodology:" participation, presenting results, and analyzing results
  • "Development" heading, which would elaborate on survey development after WWII, including effects of advancements in technology
