Problems with this article
[edit]Hello! I have clicked "Random article" and arrived in this article. I noticed it had several problems. I de-orphaned it, by adding a link to it from Riesweiler. I have also corrected lots of bad grammar, and added conversions.
But there are many other problems. I have indicated them on the top of the article. These are:
- There are no references. There is only a list of two books, and there are no inline citations to indicate where the information comes from. More references to this information need to be found, and they need to be included in footnotes, as it is standard treatment in articles.
- There are many incomprehensible sentences. Usually, this is due to bad grammar and punctuation. During my check for bad grammar and spelling, I noticed there were some sentences so badly written that I could not understand what they meant, meaning I could not make an appropriate correction. I request that those who wrote those sentences may review them, and try to find better ways of expressing themselves, so that everyone will understand.
- Section 2.1 in particular is titled "Society". Those who read this can't understand what it refers to. It really seems to be a whole subject detached from the rest of the article. A better connection should be made between that section and the rest of the article.
- There are too many pictures. This causes the article to be aesthetically rather unpleasant to be read. There are four pictures piled on top of each other on the right side of the article, plus one on the left side. It feels like it's just too much. The body of the text has to suffer too many changes in its shape and format, making it unusually irregular. I suggest that two or three pictures be chosen to be removed. I believe the ideal number of pictures for an article of this size would be around two; perhaps three, at most. I do not recommend that you remove any fewer than two images.
I suggest that you pay attention to these problems and try to fix them as soon as possible. Thank you! -- Sim(ã)o(n) * Talk to me! See my efforts! 18:59, 22 June 2014 (UTC)
