police brutality in that police beat up civilians, not the other way around. --Львівське (говорити) 17:18, 27 April 2014 (UTC)
you did not see the video? I just want to be in the "Causes" removed "police brutality" in which not enough evidence. 5.158.102.7 (talk) 18:57, 27 April 2014 (UTC)
Police brutality was a cause for protests. On November 30th Berkut and Internal Troops rampaged through Kiev, beating up student protesters and journalists with impunity. This caused massive protests on December 1st and sparked the Euromaidan protests to a new level. I'm not sure what your RT youtube clips are trying to prove? --Львівське (говорити) 21:12, 27 April 2014 (UTC)
Not so. Demonstrations began on 21 November, prior to which there had been no clampdown by authorities. 1 December was nothing more than the escalation phase. --ΜΑΧΙΜυΜ ΗΟΤ (talk) 18:58, 31 May 2014 (UTC)

Map of pro-Ukrainian protests

Since the beginning of the article says that the counter-protests in the east and south of Ukraine are part of Euromaidan, maybe we should merge this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2014_pro-Russian_unrest_in_Ukraine#Pro-Ukraine_counter_protests with the map and statistics on this page? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 93.73.13.209 (talk) 14:44, 27 May 2014 (UTC)

they were counter separatism rallies or unity rallies, not euromaidan.--Львівське (говорити) 15:50, 27 May 2014 (UTC)
Then why are there protests from March being listed in the statistics?
why not? --Львівське (говорити) 15:38, 29 May 2014 (UTC)
You just said that counter separatism or unity rallies shouldn't be listed
and pro-Russia rallies began in February. --Львівське (говорити) 22:19, 29 May 2014 (UTC)

Memorial

Is this a permanent memorial [1] on Hrushevsky street? It would be nice to have a memorial section in this article, but I'm not finding any news coverage. Even without a permanent memorial, there were memorials taking place. [2] [3] Opinions? USchick (talk) 23:13, 26 June 2014 (UTC)
