Flux lines that pass through the loop
[edit]The sentence "magnetic flux through the wire loop is proportional to the number of magnetic flux lines that pass through the loop" is one bit of language I would like to see suppressed. The idea of moving flux lines is visual but it is also archaic. It has no place in a rigorous article on Faraday’s Law. Constant314 (talk) 15:48, 6 March 2014 (UTC)
