Pardon my impertinence but I completely re-wrote the article, as if from scratch. I found the previous version lacking, and even worse, legally inaccurate. I believe this is an important supreme court opinion esp. when read in light of post-2001 federal restrictions on civil liberties. JeanLatore (talk) 15:40, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
- What did you find inaccurate within the prior version? I notice that your take may have a few consistencies, itself.
