Story Line

In the beginning, there was a void. Five omnipotent beings felt creative and using parts of themselves, formed the world. This new world, peaceful, free of fear, hate and danger was named Roika.

When their work was done they stood back and contemplated. This new world, that was Roika, missed something they could not pinpoint. As they watched, emerged from the trees, small beings full of curiosity that would be known as Humans. Then from the belly of the earth came the mighty Dwarpets. Pleased, the Gods nodded, everything was now perfect.

For an age they lived in harmony. A true utopia, was this land called Roika. Like proud parents they watch their creations evolve. Philosophers, Scholars and loving care-givers were the offspring of the Humans. They danced as they pushed the stars across the sky. Lighting up the night to view the pearlescent cities of the Dwarpets.

Without warning they decided to leave. Prior to their departure they did two thing. Their knowledge, they passed to the powerful Dwarpets. Believing only they could protect it. To watch over Roika and all the life on it they left their latest creation, the Goddess Rhisis.

Life prospered on Roika for a time. Rhisis, alone among beings she could not relate with, felt the need to create beings of her own. Triplets, bearing each a part of their creators personalty, spewed forth onto the world. Rhisis's kindness was in Bubble. All her love for her creators and their creations was injected into this being. Her apathy and indifference for Roika and its future was infused into the being known as Iblis. Her feelings of hate, stemming from her abandonment by the gods, and her fear of being unable to escape these beings incapable of comprehension to what was "Rhisis" she installed into Shade.

Roika's destruction began with hate.

Wanting to destroy all life on Roika, Shade, using all of her powers, placed all of its inhabitants on a small corner of the land and separated that piece pushing it out to sea. With the help of the Dwarpets, the humans dug caves, mines and built cities to protect themselves. Realizing that life had not ended as was her plan, Shade entered the minds of the Dwarpets and stole the secrets of the Gods annihilating most of them in the process. To destroy anyone how stood against her, Shade created the Masquerpet.

The cries of the Humans arose Bubble. She split the small continent into four pieces by striking it. The Masquerpets scattered seeking cover. Unaffected, Iblis watched her siblings. Gazing into space with her violet right eye, her blue left eye twinkled like a child's.

The Humans that remained took up arms. They would defend themselves, today the Masquerpets, tomorrow maybe Shade herself...
