Ref: "Four-level approach".
I am an occasional user of Wikipedia and find it very helpful.
It seems to me that for this article "Four-level approach" and probably many others in Wikipedia, that a probable date of validity or relevance might be helpful For example I have no knowledge whether this article is relevant now, over the next year or so, or for ever. Perhap the Wiki administrators could consider adding a mandatory date field with a selection of drop-down values - such as None, Not predicted, Current <Aug 2007>, Currrent <2007>, Medium term commencing <Aug 2007>, Long term commencing <Aug 2007>, Indefinite commencing <Aug 2007> - or something similar.
