[edit]Came here for information about weather resistance, and found that there are a number of references to #4: https://petapixel.com/2020/02/25/fuji-announces-the-flagship-x-t4-with-ibis-bigger-battery-and-new-shutter/
Not only does it not mention anything about weather resistance ratings, the authoritative source (which probably should have been cited here instead) does not either: https://fujifilm-x.com/en-us/products/cameras/x-t4/specifications/
