Initial Article Authoring Discussion[edit]

I would change the 2nd paragraph by removing the last phrase

"g-Eclipse provides functionality for Grid job deployment, ..."

and adding a separate paragraph with a somewhat longer explanation of:

  • supported middlewares
  • features
  • one or two of screenshots! (user perspective + one with nice visualization?)

Another item: we mention that we are an "Eclipse Foundation project" but there is nowhere a link to our eclipse.org webpage.

I've already just fixed the link to the eclipse.org page - literally just after you updated the release info. I think at least a screen of a nice viz would definitely be nice!

With regards to the amount of detail we put in here, we have to make sure it doesn't end up looking like an advertisement or like it's promoting g-Eclipse. Wikipedia have a very VERY strict Neutral Point of View policy (see NPOV if you're not sure what this exactly means).

I added a short description and screen-shot of the Operator Perspective, others should be added as well...
