legal basis for B&H access to Adriatic
[edit]The current version of the article ([1]) contains the following unsourced statement: "By United Nations law, Bosnia has a right of passage to the outer sea." But what is meant by "United Nations law"? Is Bosnia's access to the Adriatic guaranteed by the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea or by the Washington Agreement (1994) or by Customary international law?
When I looked for sources on that question, I didn't find anything definitive but it comes up in discussions of the Peljesac Bridge which was connected in 2021 between the Croatian mainland and a peninsula of the Croatian southeastern exclave. Some Bosnian officials suggested in 2017 that the bridge could impede Bosnia's right to access the open seas, but there appear to be only a few places this was covered in English-language reliable sources:

- "Bridge of discord between Croatia and Bosnia". France 24. AFP. 2017-10-05. Retrieved 2022-04-30.
