Possible merge[edit]

It seems like this could be merged with an article about contractors. The problem is there are different types of contractors, and I don't know enough about those or this article to know which one would be best. As of now though, there are no sources and it is a very short article, so I think a merge would be best, to avoid possible deletion in the future. This is about contract law, rather than contractors. Contractors can act as general contractors with fixed-contract or GMP formats, or as construction manager-agents or CM-at-risk. This separate article is a better home for the concept, which is explained fairly well. I've added a reference from a standard text. Acroterion (talk) 04:12, 4 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Sounds good to me. It definitely needed a reference. Thanks for your help. HotshotCleaner (talk) 19:19, 7 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Possible merge 2[edit]

Potential link to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cost-plus_contract, which is the same except Cost-plus adds an amount of profit for a firm. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 148.197.8.239 (talk) 13:23, 20 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
