Talk:HXGA
The page used to state that there were two WQUXGA monitors. Was this referring only to the IDTech series of monitors (OEM'ed as the IBM T220, T221 (DG1, DG3, DG4, DG5), or was there a second series of monitors with that resolution 3840x2400? If it was the IDTech series, then there were at least 6 different models which were OEM'ed by, at least, IBM, Iiyama, ViewSonic, and ADTX. Each of those companies made modifications at least to the labeling, if not some external characteristics. The series was also OEM'ed for some video wall applications by smaller companies.
So, in other words, did the statement about two WQUXGA monitors make reference to something other than the IDTech series? --Makyen 04:32, 20 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit]This page is hard to reference! It seems every website defines HXGA by linking to wikipedia! Does anyone know any sites that talk about HXGA? Superstarwarsfan (talk) 14:31, 12 February 2008 (UTC)
Maybe this is the true source itself?
As far as i know H(anything) isn't defined by anybody, so this Wikipedia article can not make any references ;-) Let it stay here, so at any time within the far future, when such displays may become available, we surely know how to name their resolution. DDd (talk) 19:36, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
