Yes. Since this is unsourced and we have no way of knowing whether the editor adding it meant "from today" or "from the publication date of this secret book I'm quoting from", I'll just flag it as unclear for now. --McGeddon (talk) 12:45, 16 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
