Issue numbers?[edit]

Is there any chance someone could add the number of issues published? thanx

Gilliam Covers & Appearances[edit]

( Wasn't sure this info. belonged in the main article.) Terry Gilliam - according to the issue credits - is the Gentleman on the cover of issue #24 , and is one of the Ku Klux Klansmen on the cover of issue #26. Gilliam also contributed material to those issues,as well as issues #17,19,and 20. He may have contributed to all of the "Volume 2" issues , but these are the ones I can actually confirm.
