Hisoka.

Since he's supposed to be one of the eyecandy features in the anime/manga, that's really one of the worst possible pictures to be using for his profile.

I don;t know how to add or replace images on a Wiki, but here are some better images. These can be found on many websites & are all screencaps, likely made by the fansubbers about a decade ago.
