Poland Hurricane Xavier on Dec 6, 2013?

Poland is currently (6 December 2013) being hit by a "Huragan Ksarawy" (Hurricane Xavier) with high winds and snow especially in the north near Gdansk. (see Hurricane Xavier hits Poland, Gdynia, 6 December 2013, by Michal Fludra) Not sure where they are getting that name from as it doesn't appear in the names for the 2013 Atlantic hurricane season and I can't find any other naming scheme that would apply.
