Article title change suggested
[edit]I Married a Communist was only the film's title during two preview runs in 1949 in two cities. It was already changed to The Woman on Pier 13 for the regular 1950 release. (See e. g. Jarletts biography on Robert Ryan.) So the latter should be more appropriate for this article. – Robert Kerber (talk) 07:49, 28 February 2013 (UTC)
- I agree. The "Communist" title was scrapped after polling those preview audiences. It is listed in the Academy and AFI databases as The Woman from Pier 13. I will move the title, and fix the redirect. And make a notation in the article regarding the name. It's also known by it's working title, Beautiful but Dangerous.
