Premiere Info[edit]

Recently, an anon added the following: "The piece was premiered in 1915 by Stokowski and the Philadelphia Orchestra. Busoni himself played the piano." This conflicts with the information earlier in the article that the premiere was in Zurich in 1916. Which is correct? Cheers.DavidRF (talk) 17:32, 5 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
