The article should be split into religion and philosophy[edit]

PJTraill 18:28, 11 November 2006 (UTC) This article needs splitting into Infinitism (philosophy) and Infinitism (Religion) with a disambiguation page. I do not have the time right now to find out how to do that properly (and to do it). The religion article then needs some references.[reply]

PJTraill 08:48, 19 January 2007 (UTC) I see now that Infinitism (religion) was deleted at 07:49, 28 April 2006 (UTC) after the discussion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Infinitism (religion). The result is persistent spamming of this article — and that is sad. Personally I think that extending a little tolerance to "Infinitists" would have worked out better.[reply]
Yes, the article obviously needs splitting.1Z 21:36, 23 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This article is not impartial.[edit]

It seems to me that it must have been written by Peter Klein, one of the very few supporters of the view. Other (much more common) positions are criticized, infinitism is supported, and Klein is cited. It's more of a short endorsement paper than an encyclopedia article.209.6.113.62 (talk) 23:55, 2 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Deviation from topic in "Infinitism in art"[edit]

The artistic concept of life put forward adds no information relevant to infinitism, it just appears to propose a list of qualities exhibited by life. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.3.179.175 (talk) 20:18, 29 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Infinitheism[edit]

anyone have any Idea or interest in working out a definition of infinitheistic denominationalism or infinitheism for short??? Well I do... I believe infinitheism is a simple system or way to validate that any religion (organized or not) is in a broad sense no way superior to or inferior to any other religion. though the individual may not subscribe or believe in any religion period. It could be a simple way to acknowledge that someone respects all faiths regardless of personal beliefs. Its a respect for religion without judging one above the other and without using words that signify any certain denomination at all 2601:49:C201:A2A0:5C6C:BA5E:3130:E343 (talk) 22:33, 6 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
