Inflammatory arthritis should be merged into Arthritis

Arthritis is an inflammatory condition of joint. The name "inflammatory" arthritis seems to be redundant. Besides, the content of arthritis already includes inflammatory arthritis. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dr3939 (talk • contribs) 04:18, 5 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It's contradictory, but in medicine arthritis is confusingly categorized as either inflammatory or non-inflammatory (see the "Introduction" paragraph here). The title is appropriate. Ebzho15 (talk) 13:38, 4 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
