The International Executive Service Corps spurred the creation of over a dozen ESCs across the country. The largest of these, Executive Service Corps of Chicago, has an active volunteer base of about 275 men and women that volunteer over 25,000 hours annually to nonprofits, schools and governments in need of capacity building.
