"can we stop the GEOLANDs" - jargon? Not sure what that means.[edit]

There is an edit (and thanks for that, forgot the only-1st-word-capped... it has been a looooooong time) with a description I don't understand. "can we stop the GEOLANDs"
I am concerned because I thought that either making an article for each item on the list if notable, and removing it if Non-notable, would be a small but decent addition to the encyclopedia.
If an interested editor familiar with the wikijargon (I am guessing) will give me a bit more information, I will say Thank You.Atacocata (talk) 21:22, 2 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
