Inconsistency

In the James_Cash_Penney article, affiliations section, it says that he and certain others formed 40Plus during the great depression, and cites a URL that is not publicly accessible. However, in the 40Plus article, it says "40Plus was established in 1939 by Henry Simler"; this was at the end of the Great depression and Simler is not mentioned in the James_Cash_Penney article, so I am making a couple edits to bring continuity between the two articles.
