Need some work, especially with the lead.

- "first started in football governance" - needs some copy-edit. Done
- "independent supporters group" -> "an independent supporters group" Done
- There is hardly any information about his personal life. Done
- No ref has been provided for his birthday.
- Was already in one of the external links but added as a ref. Done
- The refs should not be written in all caps even if it is done in the source. Done
- Try to see if you can get any free-licensed image.
- I have searched for one but unfortunately I can't find one.
