1. The opposite of Judaizing is Hellenizing or Marcionism, somewhere inbetween is Gnosticism.

This should be obvious to anyone familiar with the history of the period. The Second Temple period was all about Judaism versus Hellenism. See Josephus and Philo. According to Marcion, Jesus rejected the Law and Prophets, i.e. rejected Judaism, see Marcionism. According to Gnosticism the Jews misunderstood their own scriptures, see Gnosticism.

2. Pauline Christianity and Jewish Christianity were different.
