Change to redirect

I've changed this to redirect to post captain for the following reasons:

There was never a rank of "junior post captain" - post captains of less than 3 years seniority had only one epaulette, but nobody ever described them as "Junior Post Captain Smith" (or indeed "Post Captain Smith") - they were only ever "Captain Smith". The term "junior post captain" has no use in technical or non technical literature.
This article is an orphan and has been for a long time.
The text of the article is repeated from part of post captain.

Happy to discuss its reinstatement - but I'd be very surprised if anybody could make a valid case.
