Talk:Keloid disorder
Poor article
[edit]From my perspective, this article needs the most work of any I've ever read on Wikipedia. Somebody really needs to help it, but it might be better to start from scratch. I understand the intent of the content and can sympathize with somebody suffering with Keloids, but the use of first person "we" and "our" along with weasel language, unreferenced statements, and even hostility towards respected medical sources makes the article read very, very poorly. As such, it should be re-written appropriately. Even if this hostility is justified, it should be written with a neutral point of view.

Yup, want to agree with this. Think we should start from scratch. Bigonroad (talk) 09:35, 26 February 2016 (UTC)
Author Note
[edit]Hello:
I am the author of page "Keloid Disorder". The content in page "Keloid" is inadequate, inaccurate, and poorly written. Few months ago, i revised and expanded it, however the original author of that page, disregarded my assistance and reverted the page to what it was before (and what it is now). I found this action totally unprofessional as it defied the essence of Wikipedia.
Additionally, proper term for the wiki page, and for the disease entity itself, is "Keloid Disorder" and not "keloid". Current page "Keloid Disorder" describes proper medical terminology for the illness.
Current page "Keloid" does not meet the scientific threshold to merge with page "Keloid Disorder". Furthermore, this page does not contain any authoritative information. It is poorly written, has numerous writing errors. Reviewers can review both page and rate them.
