I'll give this a review shortly. Wizardman 03:15, 4 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Here are the issues I found with the article:

  • First thing I noticed was that there's noting about his personal or early life; everything's about his professional career; surely there's at least something out there in that regard.
  • His name should be bolded in the lead and T: The New York Times Style Magazine should be linked in the lead.
  • What's the point of the infobox if his name is the only thing in it? Either add more to it or remove.
  • The sentence structure through is poor. Every paragraph starts with "In [year]" with no variety, and it essentially makes it a list of things he has done as opposed to an article.
  • "Design for modo was provided by IDEO with an advertising campaign by Wieden+Kennedy." I'm not seeing what this has to do with Miller at all, and there's a couple other sentences that I have that similar issue with.
  • In the second paragraph of editor, there's no reason for the laundry list of people he has interviewed, which is unsourced anyway.
  • I'm seeing a description added for pretty much every magazine. That's why we have wikilinks, those descriptions are not needed.
  • "He has written travel books for Rough Guides and contributed travel writing to National Public Radio." Should be cited.
  • There's a few other parts in the article where there's a smaller list of people added. In some cases it's ok, but here it feels like name-dropping; try to make their reason for being in the article stronger.

The article is in good shape for an AFC, but as a good article, it needs a large amount of work that would amount to a complete restructuring. On the plus side, the sourcing is pretty good, so you at least have that foundation to work off of. As a result, I'm going to have to fail this without a hold, as it simply needs too much work.
